| CVE-2026-20313 | 1 Cisco | 2 Catalyst Sd-wan Manager, Cisco Catalyst Sd-wan Controller | 2026-08-07 | 7.7 High |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-20313 are related to Improper link resolution before file access issues that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) CWE-1284. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44605 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird | 2026-08-07 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the RPM Package Manager (RPM). A local user could be affected by a heap buffer overflow vulnerability when processing a specially crafted NDB database file. This issue arises from an error in how RPM handles certain calculations during file parsing, leading to an incorrect memory allocation. An attacker could leverage this to cause a denial of service, making the system unavailable. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18839 | 2 Popt-devel, Redhat | 6 Popt-static, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-08-07 | 2.2 Low |
| An integer underflow was found in the popt library when formatting help text for option tables that exceed the terminal width. A local user who can cause an application to print help under those conditions may cause that application to crash or fail to display help, resulting in a denial of service of the affected application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18909 | 1 Elan Microelectronics Corp. | 1 Elan Smart-pad | 2026-08-07 | 4.7 Medium |
| A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in ELAN Microelectronics Corp. ELAN Smart-Pad on Windows (ETD.sys and ETDSMBus.sys). During Intel SMBus recovery, ETDSMBus.sys does not enforce an upper-bound check on the hardware-derived report count, allowing an out-of-range value to be forwarded to ETD.sys where it is used as a loop counter for a stack buffer copy without destination size validation. A local attacker with standard user privileges can trigger a kernel bugcheck (BSOD 0xF7 DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER), resulting in denial of service. This issue affects ELAN Smart-Pad through ETD24.21.52.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44950 | 1 Libxfonts2 | 1 Libxfont2 | 2026-08-07 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the libXfont2 font-server client. This heap buffer overflow vulnerability allows a malicious font server to send specially crafted glyph data. The fs_read_glyphs() function fails to properly validate the total size of the incoming data, leading to an overwrite of memory beyond the intended buffer. If the X server runs as a privileged user, this could result in privilege escalation, allowing an attacker to gain higher access. If the X server runs as an unprivileged user, it could lead to a denial of service, causing the system to crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59679 | 1 Libxfont2 | 1 Libxfont2 | 2026-08-07 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the libXfont2 font-server client. A remote attacker, by operating a malicious font server, could exploit an out-of-bounds read/write vulnerability. This occurs because the client incorrectly handles font data, leading to an out-of-bounds memory access. This can lead to privilege escalation if the X server runs with root privileges, or a denial of service (crash) if it runs as an unprivileged user. | ||||

| CVE-2026-67873 | 1 Mz-automation | 1 Lib60870 | 2026-08-07 | 9.8 Critical |
| A heap-based buffer overflow exists in lib60870-C 2.4.0 in the server-side FileSegment ASDU encoding path. The issue occurs because FileSegment_encode() validates only the standalone segment length via FileSegment_GetMaxDataSize() and does not verify the residual capacity of the current ASDU frame before encoding object fields and segment data | ||||
| CVE-2026-15573 | 1 Redhat | 8 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Data Grid 8 and 5 more | 2026-08-07 | 8.1 High |
| A flaw was found in Keycloak's Authorization Services. The component responsible for matching request paths to security policies (PathMatcher) does not properly normalize URIs before comparison. By adding extra characters like a trailing slash or matrix parameters to a URL, an attacker can trick the system into applying a less restrictive security policy than intended. This allows an authenticated user to access administrative or restricted areas they should not have permission to see. | ||||
| CVE-2026-20200 | 1 Cisco | 1 Unified Computing System Manager | 2026-08-07 | 8.8 High |
| A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco IMC could allow an authenticated, remote attacker with low privileges to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system of an affected system and elevate privileges to root. This vulnerability is due to improper validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by entering crafted inputs to the web-based management interface of the affected software. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system as the root user. | ||||
