CVE-2024-26659 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xhci: handle isoc Babble and Buffer Overrun events properly xHCI 4.9 explicitly forbids assuming that the xHC has released its ownership of a multi-TRB TD when it reports an error on one of the early TRBs. Yet the driver makes such assumption and releases the TD, allowing the remaining TRBs to be freed or overwritten by new TDs. The xHC should also report completion of the final TRB due to its IOC flag being set by us, regardless of prior errors. This event cannot be recognized if the TD has already been freed earlier, resulting in "Transfer event TRB DMA ptr not part of current TD" error message. Fix this by reusing the logic for processing isoc Transaction Errors. This also handles hosts which fail to report the final completion. Fix transfer length reporting on Babble errors. They may be caused by device malfunction, no guarantee that the buffer has been filled.
CVE-2024-26601 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: regenerate buddy after block freeing failed if under fc replay This mostly reverts commit 6bd97bf273bd ("ext4: remove redundant mb_regenerate_buddy()") and reintroduces mb_regenerate_buddy(). Based on code in mb_free_blocks(), fast commit replay can end up marking as free blocks that are already marked as such. This causes corruption of the buddy bitmap so we need to regenerate it in that case.

CVE-2022-48940 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix crash due to incorrect copy_map_value When both bpf_spin_lock and bpf_timer are present in a BPF map value, copy_map_value needs to skirt both objects when copying a value into and out of the map. However, the current code does not set both s_off and t_off in copy_map_value, which leads to a crash when e.g. bpf_spin_lock is placed in map value with bpf_timer, as bpf_map_update_elem call will be able to overwrite the other timer object. When the issue is not fixed, an overwriting can produce the following splat: [root@(none) bpf]# ./test_progs -t timer_crash [ 15.930339] bpf_testmod: loading out-of-tree module taints kernel. CVE-2022-48652 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ice: Fix crash by keep old cfg when update TCs more than queues There are problems if allocated queues less than Traffic Classes. Commit a632b2a4c920 ("ice: ethtool: Prohibit improper channel config for DCB") already disallow setting less queues than TCs. CVE-2021-47544 2 Linux, Redhat 6 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 3 more 2026-08-04 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix page frag corruption on page fault Steffen reported a TCP stream corruption for HTTP requests served by the apache web-server using a cifs mount-point and memory mapping the relevant file. The root cause is quite similar to the one addressed by commit 20eb4f29b602 ("net: fix sk_page_frag() recursion from memory reclaim"). Here the nested access to the task page frag is caused by a page fault on the (mmapped) user-space memory buffer coming from the cifs file. The page fault handler performs an smb transaction on a different socket, inside the same process context. Since sk->sk_allaction for such socket does not prevent the usage for the task_frag, the nested allocation modify "under the hood" the page frag in use by the outer sendmsg call, corrupting the stream. The overall relevant stack trace looks like the following: httpd 78268 [001] 3461630.850950: probe:tcp_sendmsg_locked: ffffffff91461d91 tcp_sendmsg_locked+0x1 ffffffff91462b57 tcp_sendmsg+0x27 ffffffff9139814e sock_sendmsg+0x3e ffffffffc06dfe1d smb_send_kvec+0x28 [...] ffffffffc06cfaf8 cifs_readpages+0x213 ffffffff90e83c4b read_pages+0x6b ffffffff90e83f31 __do_page_cache_readahead+0x1c1 ffffffff90e79e98 filemap_fault+0x788 ffffffff90eb0458 __do_fault+0x38 ffffffff90eb5280 do_fault+0x1a0 ffffffff90eb7c84 __handle_mm_fault+0x4d4 ffffffff90eb8093 handle_mm_fault+0xc3 ffffffff90c74f6d __do_page_fault+0x1ed ffffffff90c75277 do_page_fault+0x37 ffffffff9160111e page_fault+0x1e ffffffff9109e7b5 copyin+0x25 ffffffff9109eb40 _copy_from_iter_full+0xe0 ffffffff91462370 tcp_sendmsg_locked+0x5e0 ffffffff91462370 tcp_sendmsg_locked+0x5e0 ffffffff91462b57 tcp_sendmsg+0x27 ffffffff9139815c sock_sendmsg+0x4c ffffffff913981f7 sock_write_iter+0x97 ffffffff90f2cc56 do_iter_readv_writev+0x156 ffffffff90f2dff0 do_iter_write+0x80 ffffffff90f2e1c3 vfs_writev+0xa3 ffffffff90f2e27c do_writev+0x5c ffffffff90c042bb do_syscall_64+0x5b ffffffff916000ad entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x65 The cifs filesystem rightfully sets sk_allocations to GFP_NOFS, we can avoid the nesting using the sk page frag for allocation lacking the __GFP_FS flag. Do not define an additional mm-helper for that, as this is strictly tied to the sk page frag usage. v1 -> v2: - use a stricted sk_page_frag() check instead of reordering the code (Eric)

CVE-2021-47343 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm btree remove: assign new_root only when removal succeeds remove_raw() in dm_btree_remove() may fail due to IO read error (e.g. read the content of origin block fails during shadowing), and the value of shadow_spine::root is uninitialized, but the uninitialized value is still assign to new_root in the end of dm_btree_remove(). For dm-thin, the value of pmd->details_root or pmd->root will become an uninitialized value, so if trying to read details_info tree again out-of-bound memory may occur as showed below: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0x3fdcb14c8d7520 CPU: 4 PID: 515 Comm: dmsetup Not tainted 5.13.0-rc6 Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC RIP: 0010:metadata_ll_load_ie+0x14/0x30 Call Trace: sm_metadata_count_is_more_than_one+0xb9/0xe0 dm_tm_shadow_block+0x52/0x1c0 shadow_step+0x59/0xf0 remove_raw+0xb2/0x170 dm_btree_remove+0xf4/0x1c0 dm_pool_delete_thin_device+0xc3/0x140 pool_message+0x218/0x2b0 target_message+0x251/0x290 ctl_ioctl+0x1c4/0x4d0 dm_ctl_ioctl+0xe/0x20 __x64_sys_ioctl+0x7b/0xb0 do_syscall_64+0x40/0xb0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x44/0xae Fixing it by only assign new_root when removal succeeds
CVE-2021-46910 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ARM: 9063/1: mm: reduce maximum number of CPUs if DEBUG_KMAP_LOCAL is enabled The debugging code for kmap_local() doubles the number of per-CPU fixmap slots allocated for kmap_local(), in order to use half of them as guard regions. This causes the fixmap region to grow downwards beyond the start of its reserved window if the supported number of CPUs is large, and collide with the newly added virtual DT mapping right below it, which is obviously not good. One manifestation of this is EFI boot on a kernel built with NR_CPUS=32 and CONFIG_DEBUG_KMAP_LOCAL=y, which may pass the FDT in highmem, resulting in block entries below the fixmap region that the fixmap code misidentifies as fixmap table entries, and subsequently tries to dereference using a phys-to-virt translation that is only valid for lowmem. This results in a cryptic splat such as the one below. ftrace: allocating 45548 entries in 89 pages 8<--- cut here --- Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address fc6006f0 pgd = (ptrval) [fc6006f0] *pgd=80000040207003, *pmd=00000000 Internal error: Oops: a06 [#1] SMP ARM Modules linked in: CPU: 0 PID: 0 Comm: swapper Not tainted 5.11.0+ #382 Hardware name: Generic DT based system PC is at cpu_ca15_set_pte_ext+0x24/0x30 LR is at __set_fixmap+0xe4/0x118 pc : [<c041ac9c>] lr : [<c04189d8>] psr: 400000d3 sp : c1601ed8 ip : 00400000 fp : 00800000 r10: 0000071f r9 : 00421000 r8 : 00c00000 r7 : 00c00000 r6 : 0000071f r5 : ffade000 r4 : 4040171f r3 : 00c00000 r2 : 4040171f r1 : c041ac78 r0 : fc6006f0 Flags: nZcv IRQs off FIQs off Mode SVC_32 ISA ARM Segment none Control: 30c5387d Table: 40203000 DAC: 00000001 Process swapper (pid: 0, stack limit = 0x(ptrval)) So let's limit CONFIG_NR_CPUS to 16 when CONFIG_DEBUG_KMAP_LOCAL=y. Also, fix the BUILD_BUG_ON() check that was supposed to catch this, by checking whether the region grows below the start address rather than above the end address.

CVE-2026-64353 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-03 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Keep dynamic inner array lookups nullable An ARRAY_OF_MAPS can use an array created with BPF_F_INNER_MAP as its inner map template. A concrete inner array with a different max_entries value can then replace the template. After a successful outer map lookup, the verifier represents the resulting map pointer using the inner map template. Const-key lookup nullness elision consequently uses the template max_entries even though the runtime helper uses the concrete inner map max_entries. Do not elide lookup result nullness for maps marked with BPF_F_INNER_MAP, because the template max_entries does not prove that the key is in bounds for the concrete runtime map.
CVE-2026-67289 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-08-03 9.8 Critical
FreeRDP before 3.29.0 (affected versions <= 3.28.0) does not validate CRLF and control characters in the server-controlled RDP redirection TargetNetAddress field. This value is copied into the client's ServerHostname and, when the client connects through an HTTP proxy, is written directly into the proxy CONNECT request line and Host header by http_proxy_connect() without filtering. A malicious or compromised RDP server can send a crafted redirection PDU containing embedded control characters to inject arbitrary headers/requests into the HTTP proxy CONNECT request.
CVE-2026-16504 1 Vps.org 1 Zulip Template 2026-08-03 9.8 Critical
Deployment of the VPS.org one-click Zulip template deploys a hardcoded application signing key, a default database password ("zulip"), and DISABLE_HTTPS=True.
CVE-2026-16503 1 Vps.org 1 Supabase Template 2026-08-03 9.1 Critical
Deployment of the VPS.org one-click Supabase template deploys a PostgreSQL instance that is published on all interfaces (0.0.0.0:5432) with a default database password set to "postgres". Because Docker installs its own iptables rules, this exposure bypasses a standard host UFW configuration.
