| Weak authentication between the Wireless Control Module (WCM) and the Engine Control Module (ECM) of the Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber + Tech 2025 model year allows an adjacent-network attacker with read access to the in-vehicle network to recover the per-vehicle ECM immobilizer secret by passively observing a single seed/key exchange. The WCM derives its response using a reversible, non-cryptographic operation rather than a cryptographic challenge-response, so the persistent immobilizer secret can be reconstructed from one captured exchange. With this secret the attacker can authenticate to the ECM independently of the WCM and start the engine, defeating the immobilizer. Specific protocol details have been withheld pending vendor remediation. |
| Schneider Electric SoMachine Basic 1.4 SP1 and Schneider Electric Modicon TM221CE16R 1.3.3.3 devices have a hardcoded-key vulnerability. The Project Protection feature is used to prevent unauthorized users from opening an XML protected project file, by prompting the user for a password. This XML file is AES-CBC encrypted; however, the key used for encryption (SoMachineBasicSoMachineBasicSoMa) cannot be changed. After decrypting the XML file with this key, the user password can be found in the decrypted data. After reading the user password, the project can be opened and modified with the Schneider product. |

| A vulnerability has been identified in Teamcenter V2312 (All versions < V2312.0014), Teamcenter V2406 (All versions < V2406.0012), Teamcenter V2412 (All versions < V2412.0009), Teamcenter V2506 (All versions < V2506.0005), Teamcenter V2512 (All versions). The affected application contains hardcoded key which is used for obfuscation stored directly into the application.
This could allow an attacker to obtain these keys and misuse them to gain unauthorized access. |
| Netmaker is a platform for creating and managing virtual overlay networks using WireGuard. Prior to versions 0.8.5, 0.9.4, and 010.0, there is a hard-coded cryptographic key in the code base which can be exploited to run admin commands on a remote server if the exploiter know the address and username of the admin. This effects the server (netmaker) component, and not clients. This has been patched in Netmaker v0.8.5, v0.9.4, and v0.10.0. There are currently no known workarounds. |
| Netmaker makes networks with WireGuard. Prior to versions 0.17.1 and 0.18.6, hardcoded DNS key usage has been found in Netmaker allowing unauth users to interact with DNS API endpoints. The issue is patched in 0.17.1 and fixed in 0.18.6. If users are using 0.17.1, they should run `docker pull gravitl/netmaker:v0.17.1` and `docker-compose up -d`. This will switch them to the patched users. If users are using v0.18.0-0.18.5, they should upgrade to v0.18.6 or later. As a workaround, someone who is using version 0.17.1 can pull the latest docker image of the backend and restart the server. |
| Comarch ERP Optima client makes use of a hard-coded password for a database user. These credentials cannot be changed. It is possible for a remote attacker to gain an access to the database with elevated privileges including executing system commands on a server.

| Yarbo firmware v2.3.9 contains hardcoded administrative credentials embedded in the firmware image. These credentials are identical across all devices running this firmware and cannot be changed or removed by end users, enabling trivial unauthorized access to device management interfaces by anyone who knows them. |
| Easy PayPal Events & Tickets plugin for WordPress before version 1.4 contains a hardcoded authentication bypass vulnerability in the QR code scanning functionality that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to bypass hash verification by supplying 'test' as the hash parameter. Attackers can access the vulnerable endpoint via the add_wpeevent_button_qr action to retrieve sensitive order details including PayPal transaction IDs, customer email addresses, purchase amounts, and ticket information for any order with a known or guessed post ID. |

| SOCFortress CoPilot focuses on providing a single pane of glass for all your security operations needs. Prior to 0.1.57, SOCFortress CoPilot ships a hardcoded JWT signing secret as a fallback value in backend/app/auth/utils.py:28 and ships it verbatim in .env.example. Any deployment where JWT_SECRET is not explicitly set — including the default Docker Compose setup — signs all authentication tokens with this publicly known value. An unauthenticated attacker can forge arbitrary admin-scoped JWTs and gain full control of the application and every security tool it manages without any credentials. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.57. |

| netbox-docker before 2.5.0 has a superuser account with default credentials (admin password for the admin account, and 0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef01234567 value for SUPERUSER_API_TOKEN). In practice on the public Internet, almost all users changed the password but only about 90% changed the token. Having a default token value was intentional and was valuable for the main intended use case of the netbox-docker product (isolated development networks). Some users engaged in an effort to repurpose netbox-docker for production. The documentation for this effort stated that the defaults must not be used. However, installation did not ensure non-default values. The Supplier was aware of the CVE ID assignment and did not object to the assignment. |
