CVSS v3.1 |
| Adobe Experience Manager is affected by an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability that could lead to arbitrary file system read. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to access sensitive files and directories outside the intended access scope. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. |
| The All-in-One WP Migration and Backup WordPress plugin before 7.106 does not properly sanitise a user-supplied value before using it to build a file path, allowing unauthenticated attackers to create or append a log file in arbitrary locations outside its intended storage directory. |
| The WP Travel Engine WordPress plugin before 6.8.1 does not properly validate the source of a user-supplied profile image path before moving the file, allowing authenticated users with subscriber-level access and above to relocate arbitrary files within the WordPress uploads directory into their own profile-image path. This removes the targeted media from its original location and can break content across the site. |
| tarfile.extractall() with the 'data' or 'tar'
filter could be bypassed by a crafted archive where a hardlink
references a symlink stored at a deeper name than the hardlink itself.
The extraction fallback validated the symlink at it's archived location
but recreated it at the hardlink's shallower
path, letting a relative
target the filter judged contained escape the destination directory.
This allowed a malicious tar archive to create a symlink pointing
outside the destination, enabling out-of-destination file reads or
writes. This was an incomplete fix of CVE-2025-4330. |
| If `shutil.unpack_archive()` is given a ZIP archive with an absolute Windows path containing a drive (`C:\\...`) then the archive will be extracted outside the target directory which is different than other operating systems. Only Windows is affected by this vulnerability. |
| ColdFusion versions 2023.19, 2025.8 and earlier are affected by an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. The vulnerable component is restricted to an administrative network zone by default. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed. |
| FreeRDP before 3.29.0 (affected versions <= 3.28.0) contains multiple TLS certificate identity validation weaknesses in tls_verify_certificate(), tls_match_hostname(), and x509_utils_get_dns_names(). Because FreeRDP performs custom Common Name and DNS SAN string matching instead of using OpenSSL's length-aware identity validation APIs, it (1) truncates DNS SAN values at embedded NUL bytes (accepting e.g. 'victim.example\0.attacker.example' as 'victim.example'), (2) accepts a matching Common Name even when non-matching DNS SAN entries are present, and (3) accepts IP-literal targets via DNS/CN matching without comparing iPAddress SANs. Under a trusted or misissued certificate chain, an attacker positioned to present such a certificate can bypass server identity verification, weakening TLS server authentication. |
| Incorrect access control in the DS_SetDestPathCmd() component of NASA cFS v7.0.1 allows attackers to access sensitive components via a path traversal. |
| The Import and export users and customers WordPress plugin before 2.4.3 does not restrict the path of a file it reads and displays during a CSV import, allowing high-privileged users to read arbitrary files on the server. |
| An unauthenticated path traversal (LFI) vulnerability exists under /custom-sounds/ when CustomSounds storage is configured to FileSystem. By including ../ sequences in the request path, an attacker can read arbitrary files outside the base directory. |
| A path traversal vulnerability in the CLI command used to execute configuration files in Zyxel ATP series firmware versions from V4.32 through V5.42 Patch 1, USG FLEX series firmware versions from V4.50 through V5.42 Patch 1, USG FLEX 50(W) series firmware versions from V4.16 through V5.42 Patch 1, and USG20(W)-VPN series firmware versions from V4.16 through V5.42 Patch 1 could allow an authenticated attacker with administrator privileges to execute a crafted malicious configuration file on an affected device. |
| NVIDIA Triton Inference Server for Linux contains a vulnerability where a user could cause files outside the model repository to be read, written to, or modified by providing a path in the model name to the Triton MLflow plugin. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service and information disclosure. |
| Directory traversal vulnerability in knowns-dev/knowns 0.11.4 via crafted folder name value to the create_doc tool. |
| A path traversal vulnerability was identified TP-Link Tapo C260 v1, D235 v1, C211 v2 and C520WS v2.6 within the HTTP server’s handling of GET requests. The server performs path normalization before fully decoding URL encoded input and falls back to using the raw path when normalization fails. An attacker can exploit this logic flaw by supplying crafted, URL encoded traversal sequences that bypass directory restrictions and allow access to files outside the intended web root.
Successful exploitation may allow authenticated attackers to get disclosure of sensitive system files and credentials, while unauthenticated attackers may gain access to non-sensitive static assets. |
| A vulnerability in Veeam Service Provider Console allowing arbitrary file write on the management server, which can lead to remotecode execution. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in danpros HTMLy up to 3.1.1. This affects the function add_content of the file /system/admin/admin.php of the component Admin Content Endpoint. Performing a manipulation of the argument oldfile results in path traversal. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A weakness has been identified in danpros HTMLy up to 3.1.1. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /system/htmly.php of the component Author Name Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument Name can lead to path traversal. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A path traversal issue was addressed with improved input validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.7.8, macOS Sonoma 14.8.8, macOS Tahoe 26.6. An app may be able to break out of its sandbox. |
| A path handling issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.7.8, macOS Tahoe 26.6. A malicious app may be able to break out of its sandbox. |
| An issue in the CF_CFDP_RecvMd() component of NASA cFS v7.0.1 allows attackers to contrl where received content and data is stored, possibly leading to an information disclosure. |
